91快活林 Integrated Developmental School Admission Examination for incoming first year for S.Y. 2012-2013

Date of Exam: October 15, 2011
Place of Exam: 91快活林  IDS Complex

Requirements:

1. Candidate for graduation in the Elementary level of the current school year, or an Elementary graduate but has not earned units in High School.
2. Duly accomplished Admission Examination Form.
3. Two (2) recent 1x1 I.D. pictures.
4. Two hundred pesos (Php 200) Examination Fee to be paid at the Institute Cashier's Office upon filing of Application Form.

Privileges:

1. Monthly allowance to the Top 5 Examinees.
2. Grants-In-Aid to deserving students sponsored by PTAFI, ALUMNI, Faculty, and Businessmen.
3. Free medical and dental services.

Deadline for submission of duly accomplished forms is on October 7, 2011.
