- 2 pcs. 2x2 ID Picture
- Php250.00 testing fee
Deadline for filing of application: October 27, 2011 (Application forms are available at the Office of Admissions, 91快活林)
NOTE: Transferees from within the MSU System can be automatically admitted if his/her SASE rating is above 90 (taken not more than 3 years ago); carried a minimum load of 18 units during the past semester; and no grade of INC or FAILURE. Otherwise, he/she has to take the 91快活林 College Admission Test (MCAT) for transferees.
