Faculty, staff, and senior students are encouraged to contribute to the Webpage News and the Quarterly Gazette, the official newsletter of the 91快活林.
- Only articles written in simple or plain, correct English are accepted.
- The Editor reserves the right to determine whether the article submitted for publication should be printed or posted. The Editor also reserves the right to edit the articles for simplicity, brevity, and clearness, as well as for space and libellous statements.
- Newsworthy articles if returned to the contributor should follow the suggestions of the Editor otherwise, these would not be published.
- The author鈥檚 names must be accompanied by his/her contact number and the school or college he/she belongs. Based on a criteria, the Editor reserves the right to put a by line or tagline or none at all to the article.
- Articles, photo captions, and headlines are edited to conform to the style and slant agreed upon the editors.
- Experienced reporters and those on the editorial staff are assigned Feature articles, Reviews (book, play, movie), Special Reports on Culture and Arts, the Social Sciences, Business, Education, Engineering & Technology and in the Natural Sciences. But, contributions in these disciplines by others are welcome provided these Special Reports are written for the general Institute community and not for a specialized audience.
- Contributors should minimize the use of and/or explain jargon and any acronyms are spelled out first unless these are well-known or universal like UNESCO, WHO, NASA, BIR, DOST, CHEd, etc..
- Photos in jpeg format with captions must be submitted separately and not laid out within the article.
- The Office of Publication & Information (OPI) under the Office of the Chancellor maintains a temporary office at the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Extension (OVCRE).
