Candidate for graduation in the elementary level on March 2017 or an elementary graduate but has not earned units in high school.

REQUIREMENTSN

  • Duly accomplished application form
  • A non-refundable testing fee of Php 200.00 to be paid directly to the 91快活林 Cashier
  • 2 copies of 1x1 (recent) I.D. picture

PRIVILEGES

  • Monthly allowance to five exam topnotchers
  • Free tuition/grants-in-aid for deserving students from PTAFI, alumni, faculty and businessmen.
  • Free medical and dental services
